About College Hill Park
College Hill Park is a park in Poughkeepsie, New York. It is listed at 149 N Clinton St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, which places it among the local businesses of Poughkeepsie that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as tourist attraction, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
This group covers the athletic clubs, gyms, recreation and community centers, sports complexes, parks and golf clubs that keep tennis courts alongside their main business. City recreation centers and YMCAs offer the lowest prices, with day passes and resident discounts, and their courts are usually open to anyone. Parks departments run the public courts, permits, lights and lesson programs in most towns, and their office is the place to report a broken net or a locked gate. Golf clubs often keep a few courts for members and their guests.

College Hill Park β wow. This park is an absolute gem and one of the most impressive outdoor spaces in the area. The views alone are spectacular, offering some truly beautiful scenery that makes it worth visiting in every season. Whether youβre taking a peaceful walk, spending time with family, or attending one of the many special events hosted there, the atmosphere feels vibrant, relaxing, and full of community energy. What really surprised me was how expansive the park is. Thereβs so much space to explore, and every visit feels like you discover something new. The newest addition to the park is especially fascinating and adds such a unique element to the experience. Getting the chance to explore the underground phenomenon where water once lived is incredibly cool and gives the park a sense of history and mystery that you donβt often find in public spaces. College Hill Park is the perfect example of why the Hudson Valley continues to stand out. Beautiful views, local history, community events, and a peaceful environment all wrapped into one incredible location. Whether youβre local or just visiting the area, this is absolutely a place worth checking out.

Quiet and fairly clean and well kept; can use a bit more manicuring. There are about 3-4 hoops to play ball and a jungle gym for younger youth (and me π). We didn't walk through the park. I wasn't sure where the trails led to, so I'll venture out next time. I'd like if there was a park Mao. We had a great time. Thanks to all park staff.

This place is located just off the Dutchess County Rail Trail by the tunnel near the Walkway. Unfortunately, there was some garbage around the pavilion. Hopefully the staff get around to cleaning it up as it's a nice looking place with an amazing view. There is a path around the lake there with some spectacular views as well.
